Local Counsel

Because of our extensive experience in the Dallas federal and state courts, we often serve as local counsel for attorneys outside the North Texas area.  We maintain a "guest attorney" office for visiting co-counsel.  Our offices are located five minutes from the federal and state courthouses.

We have substantial experience serving as "conflict" counsel as well, for third parties or co-defendants who need separate representation at trial or during discovery.
