In that capacity, we draft and negotiate employment, vendor, franchise, and lease contracts; provide counsel and representation for employment matters; draft or review privacy policies; fulfill corporate formalities; form and govern subsidiary and ancillary entities; represent our clients in lawsuits, mediations, and arbitrations; consult on litigation avoidance; provide representation in intellectual property matters (except patents); and are available on an as-needed basis to counsel and represent our clients, or to refer them to a reputable specialist attorney when appropriate.
In addition to keeping our hourly rates highly competitive, we offer a "Counsel on Demand" program, in which blocks of attorney time may be pre-purchased at a substantial discount and paid over the course of a year at a level monthly fee.
