Julie E. Heath

Julie E. HeathJulie E. Heath has more than twenty years of jury trial and arbitration experience in employment law, on both sides of the docket.  Ms. Heath represents executives and small and mid-sized businesses in all employment-related matters, from counseling to contract negotiation to audit representation, arbitration, and litigation in the state and federal courts.*

Ms. Heath is a 1987 cum laude graduate of the University of Tulsa College of Law, where she received the faculty's outstanding graduate award and was a member of the Order of the Coif (an honor society for the nation's top law school graduates), Order of the Barristers, and the Tulsa Law Journal.  She is a former associate in the trial section of Baker & Botts (Dallas).  Julie's primary practice areas include labor and employment law, and commercial litigation.

Liza Farrow-Gillespie

Liza Farrow-GillespieLiza Farrow-Gillespie has more than a decade of experience in business law and litigation.  Before founding the firm, she served as briefing attorney to the late United States District Judge Barefoot Sanders until his retirement in 2007.  A former litigation associate with the Dallas firm of Cohan Simpson Cowlishaw and Wulff LLP (now merged with Jackson Walker LLP), she maintained a solo civil rights litigation practice in Dallas in the 1990s before taking a six-year sabbatical to co-captain a sailing circumnavigation.

Ms. Farrow-Gillespie is a 1992 honors graduate of The University of Texas School of Law, where she was executive editor of the Texas Law Review, recipient of the Dean's Distinguished Achievement Award in constitutional law, and a member of the Order of the Coif.  She is a former professional musician and is a member of the Screen Actors Guild and AFTRA.  Liza's primary practice areas are commercial litigation, business law, and wealth preservation.*  She is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and the American Constitution Society.
